The hotel was set in a very central area short walk to the restaurant that is a part of the guesthouse, ferry visiting Bellagio, and the actual lake and ferries. The staff were exceptional and outstandingly accommodating.

We were there for 1 day, everything was perfect, loved its top and quiet location next to beautiful Varenna, the main square, and the train station, all shops and restaurants and the water.
The staff were extremely rude, didn't expect that coming.

The breakfast was great with cappuccino and cheese, as for instance, perfect to start our day. The twin room was bright and quiet with the view, so that guests had essentials. The location was stunning, not too far away from a centuries-old castle. Actually everything was great, our next choice again in Varenna.

Walk from a train station, the location was marvellous and beautiful, in a cosy square with a church. Also, the place was just a short stroll away from The Vezio Ceramics.

The location was AMAZING and wonderful, right by all interesting areas in Varenna, the old town square of the most charming town on Lake Como and the lake front. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.
